Bottom Line: Atlanta has more Y Combinator exits than most realize. Greptile is the next one on the board.

Buckhead's first members-only club for outdoor sports enthusiasts.

The Story: St. Albans Sporting Club opens this fall in Buckhead's Medici building. It's the first city-based sporting club in the U.S. built for hunters and anglers. Fine dining, curated travel to premier hunting and fishing destinations, and a bar full of people who actually use their Patagonia gear.

The Partners: The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (O-Ku, Oak Steakhouse) is running food and beverage. Ai3 designed the interiors. The food will be legitimately good.

Why This Matters: Buckhead's old-money country club model (Capital City, Cherokee, Peachtree Golf Club) is being challenged. St. Albans is betting Atlanta's wealthiest residents want experiential exclusivity over another golf membership. If you're selling premium outdoor gear, luxury travel, conservation brands, or land/ranch real estate, this is your exact demographic in one building.

The Comp: Soho House meets Orvis. Think curated Montana fly-fishing trips, Scotland grouse hunts, and Patagonia expeditions, organized for people who close deals during the week and disappear into the wilderness on weekends.
